Avoid this place if you’re the only person on the dock the don’t care you have to wait 6 hours semi truck don’t come before 2 pm only box truck in the morning
Loader damaged my trailer and when I asked him about it he lied and said it happened before I arrived!!! I was transferring freight from another HD Supply and when I closed and sealed my trailer at shipper there was no damage, when I arrived at the receiver and open my doors no damages, whenever I pulled from the dock to close my doors after getting offloaded there were visible damage!!!Whenever delivering here make sure to take pics, of your equipment because they will not respect others property!!!! This people no good ! when you have delivery you have to be on time on your appointments soon is check in the keep you long time for unloading it have open space for parking.
Been doing business with them for 15+ years now they say I don't have an account or they can't find my account, so aggravated.
