The only staff who is doing his job in this company is RODNEY or ROD. After placing an order and paid them with credit card, TOM and MELISSA will never follow up our order and this scenario will happen every month. We buy from them between 2000 to 2500 dollars every month for cleaning supplies. My staff in the office will call and email Melissa hundred times and she will never respond. Melissa will only respond when she will take payments. Very disappointed with their customer service !!!

I was hesitant to order because of some of the online reviews but went ahead and ordered the; Surface Mount Mirrored Cosmetic Box, 48W x 8-1/2H x 4-1/5"D. I am very pleased with my order, and it arrived in mint condition (ordered Dec 22, recvd Dec 27). I'm only rating 4 stars because no online tracking is provided/available which left me very worried that I got scammed!
