Ashley was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. It was my first time at HUD, and after recently moving back to Melbourne, finding a new clinic felt a bit daunting — but she made me feel right at home. She answered all my questions, explained everything she was doing, and even let me geek out over the process because I love understanding what’s happening. I’m always impressed by the knowledge & care given by the team at HÜD (Diyan in particular is so wonderful). It’s been a slow process (self inflicted) but I am noticing long lasting changes to my skin on a much deeper level. Tailored treatment & practical advice keeps me coming back every month!
