The first time I booked an appointment, when I arrived they had no record of my booking. I was “lucky” that they could squeeze me in when I showed them my booking confirmation they had messaged me. Never thought I would have written this being such a loyal client over the years, but here I am. I have never visited a work place where the staff turn over has changed nearly every single time I walk in. At first I thought ‘oh my therapist is sick again’ to only find out they either quit or were released. No warning, just vanished.
