Disappointing, my wife’s car needed the plastic parts, small part of the bonnet & passenger door resprayed. Our days off are Thursday & Friday, we took Wednesday off also to give Howard 3 days to work on the vehicle. We arrived early Wednesday morning as per the appointment but he had forgotten we were coming. A day off work wasted, we left the car there so he had the remaining 2 days to get the work done, unfortunately the doors reinforced bar had bent so it was deemed unsafe to work on, which is fair enough.
