This companies customer service is the WORST! We inherited a camera system they installed when we bought our house. They are difficult to get a hold of- they never respond to the messages left on their website, they never answer the phone. You are lucky if they respond back via text. They only do services Monday to Friday 8-4 so if you work like most people good luck trying to make an apt with them.

I cannot recommend them enough! KJ is a family man first and you can see how he deals with his customers. He wants you to feel and be safe. We were travelling on a road trip to Oregon ( bad timing on OUR part). They spent so much time making sure everything worked. We were concerned and KJ went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable and safe! They are completely honest!
