Such a courteous, professional and honest dental team. I was so taken aback because, at 75 yrs old I never thought I would have had such a complete positive dental experience. Bravo! HD Smile Dental is the ONE.
Friendly and helpful ( Dr. Zied,Jason, Johanna and the rest of the staff )., they’re very professional, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart and I wish I had known about this dental clinic before.
My dental consultation was alright, but the receptionist guy tried this ridiculous thing with me when I called at 11am the day before my cleaning to reschedule and he tried to pull the “we have a 24 hour cancellation fee” because I called at 11 not before my 9:30am appt. He then waived the fee when I said I’d just cancel the whole thing altogether I’m not paying that late fee because I didn’t call exactly before the 24 hours. I have a fear of the dentist and these guys were so gentle and kind. They are affordable, and the place has a very eclectic atmosphere!
