Reached out for tax planning services and communication was poor from the start. When I raised the issue, Danny responded with a long justification about how busy he is, including being “up since 5 in the morning,” having “80 emails” he “hasn’t had a second to look at,” and that his normal response time is “2–3 days.” I’m sure he is busy, but if that’s the standard expectation for responsiveness before you even become a client, it’s an easy pass for me.
