Great staff, doctors and results.
I was already schedule but called to reschedule because of the weather and left a voicemail. I got a text from Alexis that she spoke with me and I said I was no longer interested which was a complete fabrication!
Horrible experience, pain blocker didn't work, made me agree to things while I was still under anesthesia then got mad at me for not remembering. Also the surgery was a complete fail (I followed all directions to the letter). Not even 6 months later I was back to where I was. Now in constant pain no matter what (was not previously). I asked for my xrays (the document they made us sign stated that we could get all our medical information), but they could only give me extremely poor quality screen shots. I had a great experience! My surgery was December 2nd and the staff here at the hospital was absolutely awesome for those 5 days. I've had great interaction with the staff research and they answered all my questions completely with a great disposition. Have to do this again in the future. And have referred others to those studies. Having grown up with a stepfather that became heavily addicted to pain pills, I was in college, I hope my participation can help other families not to experience what mine did both for the patient ... read more
