Hi, I joined HD program recently, my weight was 72 when I started the plan, in 40 days my weight is 67kgs and I am so happy with the results, I lost 5kg and my abs are becoming more visible. Our dietitian Lovepreet is doing and amazing Job, he always calls us to see how we are doing or if we need any help, and he is polite and very knowledgeable person. Would definitely recommend their diet plans, if you are looking to loose weight in a healthy way.
