The therapist was very helpful but the whole experience was ruined by the charge. When I checked in the reception asked for my insurance card and took aa the details. When I checked out she charged me $500 saying that my insurance didn't cover the treatment. So what was wrong with telling me that when she took the card at the beginning and save us both a very bad experience. At best this was terrible client service, at worst it's a scam to get your money .
My wife and I both had wonderful experiences with Dr. Lauren Calzolaio as our physical therapist. After spending days trying to find a physical therapist who took our insurance, I was happy to find that Lauren had decent availability for afternoon appointments. Lauren was friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable and worked to understand and aid in the recovery of my shoulder injury over the four months that I visited her 1-2 times a week. The personal, one on one PT has really helped me concentrate on my exercises. Kyle has been very diligent in challenging me. A welcome change from the PT places where they hand you off to a different trainer once they have given you exercise guidelines.
Justin has treated my vestibular and balance therapy for a year. He is an amazing physical therapist, and I trust him. The best!
I wrote some months ago about my excellent experience with a wonderful physical therapist at H & D. Due to debilitating pain in my right thumb, I had to seek the help of an Occupational Therapist this time and again, I went to H & D and was not disappointed. My therapist, Esther Milina is very young but quite experienced and incredibly good at what she does.
