One rude dude on the phone, they should advertise what bikes they work on he's not capable enough to tighten a belt on a 99 Road king.

They answered the phone very rude. Said "yeah what do you want?" I asked for a price check to get tires with install and availability his responds was, "If your shopping around go somewhere else... go get tires somewhere else and bring it back to me for install I don't got time for that type of s***" Extremely rude, horrible business ethics and communication. Take your bike elsewhere.
Answers the phone rudely and is very dismissive in regards to answering questions. Seems to be an oldschool, "if you want service/business, walk through my door," kind of company.
Nice guy, got me in right away, did quality work, and price was fair.....
