Dr Bous has a great bedside manner and is a great patient advocate. He works around the patients needs and explains what is being done. Staff is always friendly and work well together.

I was seeing HD Orthodontics out of the Cleveland Heights location. My last appointment there was May 14th. When my appointment was over, I was prompted to reschedule. Upon rescheduling, there were no available appointments in the Cleveland Heights location, so I was asked to schedule elsewhere. I didn’t want to have to drive 30+ minutes to Northfield or Canton, so I decided that I wasn’t going to reschedule that day.
