I brought my phone in for a battery replacement and was originally told it would take an hour. An hour turn into 5 days. This would have been okay had the owner communicated this to me. Other than that the phone works and I’m happy with the end result.

Went to the store to get my iphone 5 a new screen. Saw a used iphone 6 for sale, so bought it. After about 3weeks was told by at&t the phone had been reported stolen. I notified the store and they replaced it and in fact found me one with even more memory than the original, it took a while, about a month, but they made it right and it was very much appreciated, i am sure they took a loss in the deal. Nice to see a company who still cares about doing the right thing!
