I purchased a residential sprayer, model # 24101. The 1st email I sent was regarding the pump on the item, it had broken, leaving the contents inside. I wasn't able to get the cap off and was asking for a solution and this is the response i received: *It sounds like the pump has created a seal from being left in the tank from the first use. I would try spraying WD40 around the top where the gasket is to see if you can break the seal. When you are ready to call to replace the pump please have the model number of your sprayer.... read more
