I purchased the Hudson Ultimate All-In-One Sprayer (80161) in a store located in the US. After purchasing, I tried testing the sprayer and found it would not build pressure. I called customer service and described my issue. They mailed me two gaskets as they didn't know which one would work on this model. The package arrived earlier than was anticipated which was great. I swapped out the old gasket which appeared to be the wrong style with the new one, and it works great now.
President Tony Asselta was awesome. I ordered a 2G HDX Sprayer from Home Depot. It was stolen from my front porch. Mr. Asselta personally called me after I left a review on Home Depot’s site. He replaced the sprayer free of charge. I’m impressed with this company for their compassion and response.
