Absolutely horrible. If you want a lawyer who speaks up in court and is genuinely prepared and concerned about your case- this is NOT the person you want. She does not prepare for your case and does not explain to you what to expect or what the procedures are or what you can do to strengthen your case. All she says is she has no control and cant promise anything. She makes you do all the leg work and worse part cant advise you what your rights are. I filled out their online contact form and even after 48 hours never got a response. Not an email response or a phone call. I contacted another law firm via their online form and a few hours later I got a phone call. Contacted another law firm via their online form and got a response the very next day. This is the only firm I never heard back from. It is tacky customer service. Rip off failed to disclose at beginning of consultation that there was a fee. No transparency. Internet add glossy office shabby.
