Like other customers who have had negative experiences, we tried to reach out to AB Roofing to have some repair work completed. They initially requested information, which we provided; however, they then failed to respond to any further communication. We allowed extra time in case they were busy. When we followed up again to see if they could do the work, they failed to respond. This is inconsiderate of the customer’s time and leaves a very poor first impression.
The work - entire roof shingle replacement - was done quickly and seamlessly. They took the time to make sure the job was done properly. Would recommend them to others for sure.

Set aside an appointment a week in advance, and made sure that I was home for the scheduled appointment for the assessment. Nobody showed up for the appointment, when I called to see what had happened I was told that the person who was supposed to come called me and I did not answer, which was not the case. I let them know that I did not receive any calls from anyone at their company, and was hopeful someone could still come today if they were interested in my business.
