Let me start by saying this salon is AMAZING my hair was matted. SEVERELY matted, almost DREADED whichever is worse! It took two people just to get a brush through it! These women were so understanding and non judgmental and the results were AMAZING with just a little patience and time these women got me results that I didn’t believe were possible, with minimal cutting(literally like less than an inch) I left the salon looking like a completely different person. I needed to get my hair done after work, as I have funeral tomorrow. I had the opportunity to meet Ms.Lydia and she washed, trimmed, and styled my hair. I had a funeral to attend and no other salon was available after 5pm she was accommodating and my hair looks amazing! Thank you Ms. Lydia for styling my hair making me feel great as this is a difficult time for me! Kisha

I had my first hair appointment with Ms. Lidia. This was my first Dominican blow out and I am so thrilled. First of all Ms. Lidia is such an angel. She truly cares about her clients and the health of their hair. I have been natural for over 10 years and I am always worried about dreaded heat damage. But she makes sure to take the necessary steps to avoid that. I see some unfair reviews up here I've been coming to this salon for 5 years now ,and she's done wonders to my hair. I'm natural and I braid my own hair You have to train your hair. She has helped build a routine from wearing braids for the summer and the other months , silk press You have to put light oil in your scalp with a silk scarf to keep your straightness and shine When you shower, you have to protect the style with a silk scarf and shower cap. Booked a appointment today on Booksy at 1:30PM, its 1:59pm and the salon is closed. The business did confirm my appointment SMH, I drove 20min to get here... I will be requesting a refund from Booksy and will never return of course.
