HD Chem-Dry provided absolutely outstanding service! The difference in our carpets is like night and day. They were professional, extremely timely—right on time—and did an amazing job from start to finish. I highly, highly, highly recommend working with them. Their attention to detail and quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I will absolutely be using their services again in the future!

I think this is a professional and excellent service. The technician who arrived was very polite. I think his name is Josh. He did a great job. I get my carpets cleaned every 6 months. This is the first time all the spots came clean. I’ll be coming back to this company from now on. Also the price point was best. That’s another reason I’m coming back.

Cleaner was on time but my carpets did not look as clean as I thought they would be. For what I paid I feel like I could’ve done a better job myself.

Quite a sad experience with this company…. My husband and I scheduled nice and easily over the phone with Heath. Upon arrival of the tech (Austin) I believe, I was vacuuming my hallway. They were here to deep clean the master bedroom, hallway and living room. He tech proceeded to tell me I did not need to continue vacuuming. So I did not finish the hallway or living room. Tech finished vacuuming the hallway and then wrapped up his vacuum and began spraying the carpet in the bedroom. From this point I went in my basement with... read more
