I used this mechanic for my cars for about 4 years. It started off well but as the years went by, I noticed the quality of workmanship has gone down hill. I do not blame the owner but possibly his mechanics. I had quite a few issues that took a long time to resolve but was done eventually. I give him credit where credit is due, they do it for a good price and we work out a price. I could write a novel here which will be over 600 words. I cannot recommend Hendrik and his team strongly enough. Hendrik was not only highly professional but a gentleman as well. I went to HD BestCarService based on recommendation as my Golf R had recently been serviced by VW Melville and they wanted to charge me over $5500 to fix various issues they identified. I had my vw tiguan gearbox serviced by them I was treated with respect. I got what I needed to have done and didn't cost an arm and a leg. The service I received was top notch and came at a great price. It’s clear that Hendrik truly cares about his customers and their vehicles. I wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else.
