Worst service ever specially the receptionist is so impolite and disrespectful. Gotta explore other options, if you wanna feel welcomed and get your car services done appropriately with best services.
This is the "BEST" place to bring your European cars to be fixed.. The company name says it all. I left my car with Hendrik for a month or more. I love my Audi. My car needed special attention as I had a rough year. Hendrik gave me the BEST present I could ever ask for. My car came back like a brand new car. I used this mechanic for my cars for about 4 years. It started off well but as the years went by, I noticed the quality of workmanship has gone down hill. I do not blame the owner but possibly his mechanics. I had quite a few issues that took a long time to resolve but was done eventually. I give him credit where credit is due, they do it for a good price and we work out a price. I could write a novel here which will be over 600 words. I cannot recommend Hendrik and his team strongly enough. Hendrik was not only highly professional but a gentleman as well.
