Funny how HD Beauty does not hold themselves accountable for anything, even when replying to their reviews. Bad customer service. Great at your first appointment, but as fake as they come! And when it comes to touch ups, they don't call back or reply to emails. Received one reply email from Victoria to make an appointment for follow up,I replied to that same email asking for one no response. Tried making an appointment through phone calls which they don't answer. Tried leaving messages and emails but to no avail. They didn't... read more

in my first order I face delivery delay and broken stuff, its truly piss me off but the nice treatment of them makes me change my impression, it was all a deliver company fault, beside all of that they have the most compatible price in the country, dont be fool save your money!

These ladies are spending all their time posing on insta instead of coming into work. Had my appointment by this “studio” cancelled twice (!), with one being last minute cancellation. Now reading the comments it seems to be a very common trend and they even no-show to appointments! Wth?! 🤬 Lucky for me I found a much better artist for a better price and won’t be back Ps they also contacted me to remove the review. No apologies were issues
