Showed up today to get my haircut. Gate down. Lights on. Handwritten sign on gate says, “Be right back. (Followed by a cell phone number)”. I did not call. I just walked away. Didn’t want to interrupt someone from whatever they were doing to come do their job. Just because I finally happen to have a day off of mine today.

Zero stars, employees were swearing and vaping. Possibly the worst haircut my 13 year old has ever had. Most unfortunate since we frequent the mall and would have been regulars. I spoke with security, and plan on following up with the Kingston Collection. Will not return

Commented on a friend's haircut, he told me about HD and recommended His barber. Went and saw her for the first time and was HIGHLY impressed..Good conversation, GREAT cut
