Michelle was very detailed and professional on instructions for using cpap machine!
The company used to be excellent, but then they went to an all AI model of communication. I've been trying to get oxygen for 3 weeks. I'm cancelling my service today but I can't talk to anyone to do so. Guess I'll have to get in my car and drive there and hope they have something other than robots to talk to.
If you have an Rx for a CPAP machine I reccomend you to this office in Green. My MD sent them the necessary documentation and they contacted me for insurance information and to set up an appointment. When I arrived Lynise had the kit ready and thoroughly explained how to use it and how to set up the app on my phone.
