Their harassing sales calls are so, so irritating! They started with robo-calls everyday (which I did not answer and eventually blocked because I don’t respond to “spam” calls). These calls went on for more than eleven days! Then the calls filled up my voicemail box because they were saved in my blocked calls voicemail unbeknownst to me. Heather was wonderful very knowledgeable of the entire process from billing insurance equipment cleaning and ordering of supplies. I would definitely recommend them for any health care needs.

The absolute worst customer service, and horrible communication. I am just biding my time till my equipment is paid off to find another CPAP provider. Update: This blanket response they provided below is exactly why you should stay as far away from this company as possible. They do not care about you they will try to bill you insurance for items you have never received. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
