RecommendedWe have recently had to put my 90 year old mother into a nursing home. She was admitted straight from the hospital into ManorCare Bethel Park. Starting from the minute we walked into admissions and met with Danielle,it has been a positive experience for my mother,my brother my sister and I. RUDE, ABUSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Staff was very rude to my mom when she was a patient. Room was filthy (which I cleaned for her) would make her wait long periods of time to use the bathroom (she couldn't walk) and she said that staff would repeatedly yell at her. She fell off of the bed hit her call button (no one came) her roommate hit her call button for her (no one came) my mom was able to reach her cellphone to have her husband call the front desk to have someone come in finally.
