Extremely dissapointed. Agreed on a time and date but then he emailed me 15 mins prior to the appt stating he has an emergency and that he might be able to come by later that day. Waited all day, never emailed or called. Emailed them the next day and is answer was that they will not rescheduled as they are too busy.
Dangerous and aggressive driver, shouldn't be allow to drive!
HCR is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Honest, reliable, and dependable. They have been doing our HVAC work for years and will continue to do so for many years to come. Thanks to Rod and his team for always being there when we need them!
