I have used their electronics installed in a horse feeder for more than a decade. I recently contacted them for help with a timer and they were incredibly helpful. Apparently they had some issues with the company partners, but those are all resolved. Do not be put off with the reviews from several years ago. I am going to buy equipment from them to automatically feed my flock of chickens. They are now very helpful, and they make quality equipment.
Great place for deer feeders and supplies!
Great feeders/timers. Used them for years with no issues. I recently needed to contact them to answer questions about a new feeder I bought from them and they are impossible to get a hold of. I've tried for two weeks now. Phoned a countless number of times with no answer. Voicemail is full so I can't leave a message. I've emailed multiple times with no response. We have used the HCR ammo cans for almost five years with little problem. The only complaint is that the legs used to attach the can to the feeder barrel are cheaply built and fail within a couple of years. I have had little success getting these guys to answer their phones but they are very helpful if you just walk into the locAtion in Burnett, Tx. Unfortunately, we went by the other day and it seems that HCR is now closed. Their feeders are ver y reliable - I hope they have just relocated elsewhere.
Tried many times to call, no answer, voice mail full, sent email, I'm having a problem with the new timer, a bit of moisture and it stops working, deer season getting ready to start, my feeder is not working because of this timer, had the old one, did the same thing, purchased a new one , same thing, then you call and nobody answer the phone well they can ship out with no problem new ones , they are working shipping out stuff maybe they should make they in CHINA, then if it crapped out then i would understand, TAKE CARE OF T... read more
