I’ll preface this review by mentioning that I am a difficult client to work with because I have an extremely high standard of communication, service delivery and pricing. When we opened our business 5 years ago, we went shopping for insurance. Most companies we talked to would ask us a ton of questions, only to eventually deny us based on this that or the other. Laura at HCP asked a few questions over email, and set us up with a business policy, property, and workers comp. And it was a solid policy that came through for us in the event of a natural disaster.
