Wish I could give a zero but that’s not possible so I give it a one! I am moving to the states and am trying to cancel my gym membership and personal training but this company makes it impossible to do so. After submitting two forms of proof that I am no longer going to live in PR they refuse to accept it and demand more proof. They then proceed to tell me I will owe $199 for the gym & $602.10 for Personal Training if I can’t show the proof they are requesting.
