Brian with HCJ Pool Services is a life saver! After a nightmare experience with another pool company, Brian made our pool safe, functional, and enjoyable. HCJ pool was recommended to us by another company which is already a good sign. Brian arrived within a day, made sure we had a complete breakdown of what was wrong to include pictures with the invoice. He was back winthin a few days to complete the work we approved and also checked in with us for days after to make sure all parts were working properly. We couldn’t have been more grateful. Update 2: It appeared and it was explained to me that there was a problem with the phone system and that is why no one was answering or returning my messages. Consultant came by and inspected my equipment and advised that everything appeared to be working properly. Looks like I need to put more time and effort into properly cleaning the pool and practice more patience with the professionals. Update: I have finally spoken with someone and a consultant is scheduled. I had HCJ replace my filter equipment June 2024. The equipment has failed this year May 2025. I’ve called many times and cannot reach anyone and they will not return my calls!
