This company installed a new hvac system in my home in April of 2020. Part of the contract for them installing and making my monthly payments was a yearly maintenance visits and if need be repairs if anything happened to the system while I was making my monthly payments. Also realized that since the unit was installed the they have not came out 1 time to do their yearly maintenance check on the system. My A/C stopped working in my condo. I called and spoke to Ricky. He dispatched out James, one of his professional associates. James diagnosed and replaced a faulty part in less than 1 hour. My A/C works great and at a very reasonable price. This company is a keeper for me.
My AC went out and there guy was here quicker than I ever expected. The gentleman that showed up, Austin, was beyond nice and seemed super knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this company. My AC was back up and running in no time. I will call HCI for all my HVAC needs.
