We've been using HCI at our collision repair shop, Fix Auto Anaheim North in Anaheim, CA for just over two years now. I handle the accounting side of things, and my experience is all positive. Easy to work with their accounting dept and there have been zero mistakes. Regarding operations, and straight from the mouth of our Director of Operations when asked how it's been going, his response was "It's been great!". HCI was very professional and prompt! I had a quick job removing barrels that contained oil and they came out in a day to take care of it for me. They also identified a way to reduce my quote which they did after full payment was made. I would never have know, I appreciate that tremendously! HCI is highly recommended.
