Actual reviews are under HCHC where most of the doctors came over from. TLDR: The reception staff is deplorable but the doctors are great. Pls see reviews on HCHC for further proof. After addressing this w my Dr I’m certain are fixing these issues. Dr. Smosarski is amazing! Often have waits when appointment is booked but he’s worth the wait! If you have issues w reception-let them know. It’s a shame these girls are causing the wonderful doctors there to get bad reviews.
Caring and compassionate staff. My Doctor is excellent. The verbal abuse from some Patients is deplorable and unacceptable. Staff and Doctors are awesome and sadly they are so busy. In addition putting up with the verbal abuse from patients is sad. It is handled well though. Prayers for the Doctors, and staff. They go above and beyond what they do to help. Im extremely pleased with Doctor Todd . Considering the abuse I've seen patients display .I think they hold it together very well .
Dr. Pek is willing to allow me to go without my much needed medication. Blatant disregard for the health and safety of her patients. Looking for a new doctor
