We really appreciated Home Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning. Jeremy came out last month and adjusted our heat pump, until he could get the proper replacement parts. 13 May 26 he came out and replaced the unservicable part, did proper adjustments, and recharged the system. He was very professional and friendly. It was a very positive experience. And the service charge was spot on the estimate. No surprise charges, or hidden fees. Very friendly, professional and effective service. Edwin was right on time. In fact he called enroute to give us his location and exact arrival time. He treated our home with respect and worked diligently to complete the maintenance. Couldn’t ask for a more professional service call!
Technician arrived at appointed time, and very quickly found the issue with our tankless water heater. Adam was very informative through the whole process, and cheerfully answered all of my many questions. Even though he needed to order two parts, he was able to clean up the electrodes on each flame sensor enough to give us hot water again until the new ones arrive and are installed. Joe and Cameron recently re piped my entire home and put in a new Hot Water Heater. What an excellent crew. They were personable and friendly, always on time and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
