Edwin came out today to do a maintenance check on our Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner. He was amazing. He was polite and friendly while also knowledgeable and professional. He has definitely convinced us to only call Home Comfort for any of our home heating needs cooling needs.

I had a very negative experience on a service call which would have resulted in a one star critical review. However, I expressed my concerns through a couple emails. On both occasions I quickly received a phone call in response. Both Ryan and Jeremy were patient to listen, kind in their responses and suggested and took steps to resolve my concerns. I'm grateful to know of a company that will accept responsibility and respond quickly and personally to remedy a situation.
