Was not going try other HCF dental in other suburbs as seeing in the google comments and saw that here in CBD it looks ok so I came here for cleaning. Turn out that it was fine just go inside left of HCF insurance at G/F and take the lift to floor M. The staff were nice. There are 20-30 surgery rooms inside the clinic and the Dr, although talked really quickly, detailedly check my teeth and gave them a good clean! Dismal phone customer service! The lady I spoke with had zero listening skills, and worse, hung up on me when I told her I have had to repeat myself a couple of times already. Please hire people who are customer-centric! It is bad enough having to wait for 20min to get my call answered, let alone be hung up on!
Showed up to an appointment that I confirmed that disappeared on their system and have also been asked to pay amounts that are a surprise
I recently had a molar removed because of a fracture. Dr Charul Agarwal who carried out the extraction was fantastic. She was emphatic, compassionate, professional and very confident in what she was doing. All throughout the procedure she talked to me reassuring me everything was fine and it should be. She kept me informed throughout the process and though there was local anaesthetic that does not help me psychologically. But with Dr Charul constantly reassuring my worries were kept to the minimum.
