have been going for 3 years. After covid, it was really difficult to call and to get scheduled. Has greatly improved since then!
excellent service; staff were organised; reception was lovely; I cant thank Dr Prabhu and her team enough...i have to comeback though
Dr. Prabhu was absolutley exceptional for an unexpected surgical tooth removal. She stayed after hours to complete the challenging procedure, and was supported by Kim and Priya, who also stayed late to accommodate us.
First time there, my new Dentist was a young Dr, the procedures were executed with care, and highly professional, I can recommend, (before I went there, reading some reviews made me scared however, everything went smoothly during my appointment).
Donna at reception is both professional and courteous. When she is at the front desk the customer satisfaction is extremely high. The last two occasions she was ill and not at work. The experience was not as great.
