Donna at reception is both professional and courteous. When she is at the front desk the customer satisfaction is extremely high. The last two occasions she was ill and not at work. The experience was not as great.

Always excellent experiences at HCF Chatswood, staff are very professional from reception, dentists, hygienists & nurses.

Terrible experience with one of the hygienists here - totally unsure about what they were doing the entire time. They were messy and lacked control of the dental tools, which made me feel quite unsafe (I felt he was going to accidentally clean my tongue instead of my teeth). The receptionists also had no concept of customer service. While I was waiting to be served, they continued to gossip amongst themselves with no regard or acknowledgement of my presence. Google seriously need to look into the option of allowing zero star. A round of applause to the team of receptionist inclusive of their manager. Poor listening skill and zero logic and empathy has been the consistent qualities expected of the staffs manning the telephones. Specifically requested for our regular dentist, they make an appointment with a different one or better still a hygienist! As many others have stated. Service here is horrible and the fact that you cannot book online or amend appointments in general with HCF is so backwards. Get with the times! I have since changed providers to BUPA and it’s a night and day difference.
