I have been going to HCF Castle Hill since it opened. My previous Dentist had closed down and friends had told me it was a great alternative. I see Dr Bhumika who is very thorough and does excellent work and I highly recommend her.
I know I was late beautiful of train did not work properly and on time for my appointment but the reception lady did help me to see the doctor, she just got stick on the time table and wasted my remaining time. I had at least 15 minutes to see the doctor but she just chatted with me to say you are late. I begged her it’s an emergency issue and not the routine check up, but she refused me without any understanding.
Their appointment system is terrible, they are continually getting them wrong, cancelling and the phonecalls to sort out once they eventually answer a call always take extremely long with the receptionist confused. They really need an online booking system.

if you want to do your regular check up, get a recommendation to fill up your tooth that doesn't have pain, then fill it up as you trust a dentist, and then have pain after filling, then desperately go to another center to investigate why the new filled tooth is painful, and hear that the nerve has been probably damaged in filling process and you need to do root canaling, this is a right place and new adventure for you. it's been a couple of months that writing this review was on my radar, and finally I got time to do,
