Once again I went there early but the dentist still let another patient take my time slot while I waited in the waiting room. When I got in she simply said they mixed up the time. 🤨. Next time stick to the time as a professional please.
HCF dental centres are far behind NIB and Bupa in terms of service and technology. I’ve visited two so far, and the experience has been consistently poor. Their booking system is absolutely terrible, and the dentists seem unskilled. One even damaged my crown while fixing an adjacent tooth. When I went back to have the crown fixed, they admitted it was their fault, but I was still charged nearly $200 out of pocket. Very unprofessional. My appt was 9.10am now I am told 10am. Let’s see.
Been several times, they have always been friendly and provided a good service.
