I’ve never written a bad review in my life but my experience here today was truly awful. The check up was rough and rushed, there was so much blood and now 5 hours later my back tooth is in so much pain I’ll actually have to pay out of pocket to see a professional dentist if the pain persists. I have been attending HCF Dental - Bondi for over two years. My dentist, Dr Wang, for all of that time has been fantastic! He is thorough, provides and recommends options, is patient focused, personable, and I’ve been really pleased with the dental work he has done. He’s really responsive to my situation when there has been the odd emergency dental problem. In addition his dental assistants, and the front admin staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, excellent! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been coming here for years and have been generally satisfied. It’s definitely hit or miss. It feels like a teaching practice because I’ve rarely been able to rebook with the same dentist as they move on so quickly (6 month or 1 year stints). Cost has generally been covered or quite reasonable but this depends on your cover. Always ask for a dentist to clean and not a dental hygienist. Just spent 1 hour on hold with a message repeatedly saying they would be with me shortly… but they are in fact closed today. Maybe you should fix that glitch in your system HCF, as this was quite a frustrating experience.

Rang the practice and informed the front desk, that the dentist makes me feel uneasy usually. I was told to see Dr kirkwood and all I can say was the staff were really helpful and I felt as though he was an excellent dentist. No pain, just talking through solutions and positive steps moving forward.
