I had a wonderful experience with HCF Bondi, Dr Mark Rosenberg was very kind, clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. His Dental assistant Yogi was a dream, she put me at ease immediately, was so helpful in finding my appointments. Yogi went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. Very grateful ☺️
Probably one of the most painful & rushed dental treatments I’ve ever experienced. Not because of the drilling etc, but because of the rough handling of the dentist. Felt like she was actually oblivious to the pain she was causing because she was in such a rush to be finished. At one point my mouth was full of blood & I wasn’t even given the chance to spit it out, I had to swallow it. Usually if gums are inflamed or sensitive, the dentist would use different tools to ensure less pain & damage inflicted - but not in this case... read more
Dr George Wilkinson is a superstar Dentist. George is a professional and caring man who has up to the minute dentistry knowledge. I have finally found a dentist that makes me calm and relaxed about having dental work done. I have had two appointments with George and the third is coming up. Make an appointment with George, it is a great decision.
Rude receptionist. I think Michelle ? Asks for membership number in a disgusting tone when all you need is a phone number. I don’t pay private health insurance to be given attitude by an underachieving rude young woman. I have seen others didn’t appreciate her attitude which reflects on the same issue.
