George provided a great service today, punctual, thorough, friendly. Admin team great, dental assistant great.
Not really helpful, could not quote a budget for an item number quoted by another dentist. I was just trying to compare what budget cost HCF would charge for a crown with a specific item number and was told that I would need to come in for an assessment. It is strange that they can set an amount that you receive back in benefits but cannot identify the base cost of an item (not even a ball park cost).
I’ve been a member of HCF Dental for many years and have always found the dentists themselves to be good. Unfortunately, the booking process a Bondi lets this company down. When I recently called to book a general clean and check-up, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on when 5pm arrived. When I called back the following day, I was spoken to very rudely because I didn’t have my membership number with me and asked if I could be looked up — something that was treated as a major inconvenience. Yogi from HCF Dental Bondi was amazing. She constantly accommodates myself and my 4 children. Could not recommend her any higher. She is professional and personable. I’ve been meaning to write this review for months and have finally got round to it.
The people at the Reception are nice and friendly, but that's where it ends for me. I'm sure the Dentist's here don't know how to do a filling anymore. Mine fell out and I wanted one put back in so my tooth looked neat again. Every time I go there, all they seem to want to do is just pull your teeth out, do root canal or try to run you on to expensive over the top stuff like crowns, implants etc. etc..
