I concur with the rudeness, abysmal service & lies at HCF Bondi!!! Just recently a receptionist gave me a False name so when I rang back to return her call she was not known there!! :O Second, when I rang back I asked the phone girl her name seeing as the first one was False and she just Hung up immediately!! :0 Third call, I got a new name (maybe real or false) & said I wanted to speak to the manger, but of course she was 'in a meeting' & off site but would call me back by next day!! I visited HCF Bondi Junction today and had the best treatment ever! Dr. George is amazing!! he explained everything clearly and made me feel really relaxed. The treatment was smooth, quick, and professional. Thank you so much, Dr. George and Midori! The receptionists were also super friendly.
