I concur with the rudeness, abysmal service & lies at HCF Bondi!!! Just recently a receptionist gave me a False name so when I rang back to return her call she was not known there!! :O Second, when I rang back I asked the phone girl her name seeing as the first one was False and she just Hung up immediately!! :0 Third call, I got a new name (maybe real or false) & said I wanted to speak to the manger, but of course she was 'in a meeting' & off site but would call me back by next day!!
