Great dentists and staff with consistent care. I feel informed when I attend and not judged either by Dr Abbass. I know for a few years the clinic has experienced some staff shortages but I have felt that the staff have done everything they can. Staff shortages can be really challenging in any sector, HCF as an insurance company need to do better by their staff and customers at the dental clinic because they can afford too.

One of the worst dental clinics I have been to. Very much an experience where every possible shortcut has been taken in the mission to produce the most money possible Right from booking my appointment, the receptionist was indifferent and unhelpful, arriving early for my appointment I had to wait until my appointment time to be told to fill in my medical paperwork.
