One of the worst dental clinics I have been to. Very much an experience where every possible shortcut has been taken in the mission to produce the most money possible Right from booking my appointment, the receptionist was indifferent and unhelpful, arriving early for my appointment I had to wait until my appointment time to be told to fill in my medical paperwork. They were great! I had to move my appointment a couple of times, and they were really helpful and accommodating. The reception staff, dentist and dental team were all lovely
Dr Abbass was amazing with my 9 yrs old son. We had our first dentist appointment here today and Dr Abbass was professional, kind, engaging and encouraging for my son to look after his teeth. I normally don't like dentists, but no hesitation now - All the family are going here now!
I had an appointment there today at 9.05am and when I arrived 15 minutes early (as you need to complete a medical form each appointment - not sure why) I was informed by the receptionist that ‘we have been trying to call you to change your appointment as your dentist isn’t in today’ - they hadn’t tried to contact me at all and I stated that. The story then changed to ‘as your dentist was unavailable we transferred you to another dentist’ - unfortunately for me the dentist that I had been transferred to was running late. The ... read more
Like others, my appointment was cancelled when I was already on the way there. Perhaps the service should close as they are unable to staff it appropriately.
