Very unprofessional reception staff. IT system was down- which is fine and understandable, but reception staff treated us in a bizarre manner. Multiple people were told they didn't have appointments. When responding that we hadn't received any correspondence, the staff responded "we can't confirm that". They just clicked around on their computer rather than communicating further or offering to rebook. A weird interaction.

Nice dentist and concierge. If you're ok with going at a weird time like 2:30pm on a Tuesday, it's good. I only waited 4 days for my appointment from my phone call.

I've been a patient of HCF Dental Centre Belconnen since 2020. As a HCF member, I appreciate the no-gap service. The quality of care has been excellent. But it feels like every single appointment gets cancelled by the provider because of staff shortages. This week they cancelled my appointment, told me there was no opportunity to reschedule, and I ought to seek another provider! Needless to say, I'm looking for a new dentist.
