This is the worst insurance company in all of Australia for international students. I went to the emergency department for kidney stones at Griffith Hospital in Queensland. The hospital issued a bill for $1,600, and I submitted it to my HCF insurance so they could pay that expensive cost, but they said they would not pay anything. I even have the chats from the young woman who sold me the insurance saying that it would be covered. If you are a foreigner, it’s better to buy Bupa or any other insurance.

I won't change insurance even if I find cheaper options because I can't lose this professional. I also want to include assistant Krince because for the first time, I didn't suffer, because he's also gentle and extremely respectful.
