Every time I went to Parramatta Dental HCF, there was a different dentist! The previous one I saw had left the county and the next one left Sydney for Melbourne. The dental hygienists were harsh when it came to cleaning and the dentists buggered up my filling. I was in extreme pain 1 week after as a couple of nerves died and needed a root canal. I have been to HCF dental Parramatta recently to get a crown. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. However, the dentist I saw, was careless, unprofessional in some ways and did not want to accept that her measurements for the crown was wrong (Even though her colleagues admitted that the crown was not the right size). I had to suffer weeks because of her rough handling of tools/scanner inside my mouth. The oversized crown damaged my jaw. I will not go back to this place again.
Great and positive experience at this dental practice. Dr Sadhale took the time to explain each step of the treatment clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I've always been anxious going to dental apts. She was gentle yet thorough, and the clinic itself was spotless and modern. I truly felt well cared for and appreciate the wonderful service. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
