I have been to HCF dental Parramatta recently to get a crown. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. However, the dentist I saw, was careless, unprofessional in some ways and did not want to accept that her measurements for the crown was wrong (Even though her colleagues admitted that the crown was not the right size). I had to suffer weeks because of her rough handling of tools/scanner inside my mouth. The oversized crown damaged my jaw. I will not go back to this place again.
Great and positive experience at this dental practice. Dr Sadhale took the time to explain each step of the treatment clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I've always been anxious going to dental apts. She was gentle yet thorough, and the clinic itself was spotless and modern. I truly felt well cared for and appreciate the wonderful service. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Receptionists are fantastic help to me they are very helpful and patience because I have to keep cancelling my appointments. They are just wonderful staff at Parramatta and once again thank you for being so patience with me.
