I first purchased HCD furniture in November 2025. The staff and manager were efficient and able to arrange delivery within a few business days. The best part was that they also provided assembly services, which saved my time and energy. The assembly staff member, Naveet, was friendly and completed the work professionally. I ordered and paid a large amount of cash for an Eames stool way back on February 4. Now it is June 6 and no stool and they stopped providing updates or even responding to my polite request for an update.
I have purchased such unique table lamps, carpets, and outdoor furniture with the help from so many folks at HCD! Highly recommend! I am so happy and ready for the Toronto summer :)
This company is trash, they sold me a cheap knock off of a Herman Miller light and wanted to pass it off as if it’s the real thing. The website is misleading as the images of the product I ordered didn’t match what I got in the mail. It also took forever to get to me. I have a number of Herman miller lights in my house and as soon as I unboxed this I knew it was a fake. What a waste of my time and money.
They sent me mismatched chairs that arrived while I was on vacation. When my husband unboxed them, he originally missed that the fabric was different on the two chairs. Now they refuse to stand behind their product and exchange one of the two chairs so that I have a matching set as they say we’re outside of the ‘timeline’ and don’t have the original packaging
