I had a great experience with this company. They sent me a beautiful light. It happened to have a flaw in it so they kindly exchanged it for me and made it really easy. I'm really happy with the light and with the service. I would recommend this place to anyone.
SHOCKED: by far the best customer service and delivery experience I’ve had, to date. 9/10 of our furniture has been delayed, shipping a mess, but with HCD it was effortless. The team was able to unbox our chairs outside of the home and bring them inside - taking the cardboard with them! Same day delivery too (luckily our shares were in stock). Truly, such a great experience!!!!
Loved my experience! Purchased an Eames Lounge Chair with them. Aaron provided excellent support and sales advice. Got the chair super quick and everything was perfect. I'd definitely recommend for anybody looking for this chair or any other furniture items! Thank you so much
Deceptive pricing!! Be aware. They had a 10% off sale on their website for thanksgiving but increased their prices as a result. A dining table increased in price from $1500 to $1575 because of the sale. What a scam business.
