Cancelled online order after "in stock" item was advised to be out of stock for 8-12 weeks. Store refused to refund without -15% restocking fee (on an "out of stock item"!!). I would recommend staying away from this store and work with many other modes furniture stores providing much moe accommodating and friendly service.
I had a great experience ordering from HCD Furniture. Even though they're a small business, they were incredibly efficient from start to finish. My chairs arrived in just two days, and the shipping updates were accurate every step of the way, so I always knew when to expect my order. Disappointed with this place. First time shopping there. Bought two pendants for our island and paid full price for them. Opened up the boxes when they arrived, and it’s very obvious that they sent us a floor model or they sent us a returned item, either way, we paid for new and were sent used. The one pendant had a lightbulb already screwed in, missing mounting pieces and a bent ceiling mount. Not impressed for what I associated with to be a more premium retailer. Purchased night stands from the website and when received, were a different colour / tone. Photos showed the product as gold toned and when received they were mirror. Management would not refund the purchase despite inaccurate product representation. Would recommend NOT buying anything online from HCD. Totally regret the purchase.
I first purchased HCD furniture in November 2025. The staff and manager were efficient and able to arrange delivery within a few business days. The best part was that they also provided assembly services, which saved my time and energy. The assembly staff member, Naveet, was friendly and completed the work professionally.
