My experience was nothing short of a nightmare their furniture is rubbish. I ordered four counter stools they are all different colors and heights they have scratches cracks. The pitch of the seats is also off the second you sit down you slide right off. The owner did not want do anything to rectify the situation. It doesn't feel good to get ripped off. Be smart stay away.
I just left here after coming ready to buy a tulip table and a set of wishbone chairs. I was the only customer in the store almost the entire time and I spent at least 15 minutes walking up and down the main floor checking styles and options. Why one star? The staff member working didn’t say a single word to me. It’s such a bizarre feeling entering an empty store with no sound/music and not being spoken to the entire time. Good products
I have sent a few emails previously to your company. I have received 3 different exchanges with the 6 dining chairs, all being contaminated with molds all over the chair horribly! Even the last exchange, your company just slightly swiped off the mold without disinfecting the molds, as there were still prints of molds on it. I did not pay for some cheap furniture to have molds and exchange 3 times on 6 dining chairs. My end table was on track to take 6+ months to arrive so I canceled my order. I wish I had been able to receive it, as it looked really nice, but I couldn't keep waiting. I am glad they made an exception and refunded me but I wouldn't have ordered had I known the shipping timeline would be 3 months longer than their initial estimate.
