I'm a grandparent raising two autistic grandsons. I applied at Aires here in Tucson and was hired into the HCBS home care program. (You stay at home and get paid for caring for your loved one in DDD.) So, if you already care for a loved one in DDD at home, I highly recommend checking the HCBS program out with DDD. I work with Aires because they really care about their members and Staff. Coordinators are very supportive and welcoming.
