Great pre-sales support and advice. Professional and informative installers. A third-party issue was identified during commissioning that was resolved within a day. Very happy with the solution put forward, the quality of workmanship and the post-sales service.
After discovering that our solar was not producing, HCB were on the case. Prompt and efficient, they found the problem and replaced the faulty inverter. The job was covered by warranty and so now the sun is supplying our power again. Good to have the HCB team there with the knowledge and experience that counts.
Another good experience good follow up, great communication, positive attitude to sorting our warranty problems. Definitely recommend HCB Solar.
