We purchased solar panels from HCB Solar in 2018 and chose them because they were the only company who personally visited our home to discuss options and indeed on first visit pointed out the issue with our power bill being incorrect thus being overcharged. Recently HCB notified us of a fault in our Solar Edge inverter which was to be replaced free of charge. This was promptly arranged and carried out. Unfortunately, I realised the Solar Hot Water element had not been reconnected, so I contacted HCB. The next day, as no field technician was available, the General Manager drove from Newcastle to Maitland and corrected it. Yet another example of HCBs excellence in service. Really great sales and product experience. The sales folks had some genuine, trust-building suggestions to make sure we got the best bang-for-buck possible. There were a few minor issues during installation but they were quickly remedied and we're super happy with the system.
