I have been an established patient for a few years now but every Dr or NP I get assigned to doesn't stay long. Today when I arrived at my appointment that was successfully booked, confirmed and reminded me of through the app I was turned away because theres another new Dr who I've yet to establish care with so they want me to start all over as a new patient 5 months from now.
There very unprofessional. Will prescribe you drugs that you don't need. Just for money. They are crooks. Better off going somewhere else I promise
