The staff at the front desk always go above and beyond for my medical needs and administrative needs. As a tri care member there a lot of hoops to jump and they always do their job with professionalism and courtesy. Dr. Cravanas has been in my corner during one of the hardest times in my life. Thank you doc! We tend to focus on the negative but I thought I would drop a positive.

I am sorry but I was referred to this office by Warrensburg Bone and Joint, after they discovered I have a Cyst on my neck that is causing me a lot of pain. It took this office a month to get me in, which ok they are busy I stuck out another month in pain. My appointment was on Aug. 23rd I did not get to see the neurologists rather seen someone that reviewed everything and had to make a time to get with the neurologists to see where we go from here. Customer service is VERY VERY Unprofessional, right away when answering the phone, i told her I had a referral sent to them so I just needed to schedule an appointment, immediately she said “referral okay” then put me on hold without letting me know, before putting me on hold I can hear her saying “April you ain’t gonna believe this” not even asking my name, date of birth or any information, 5 minutes later takes me off hold and starts to ask me questions I excepted her to ask me to look up the referral. There telemarketing team is unprofessional, calling me "bro" and providing information that its outdated and the wrong person who has been passed for over 7 years. Simply didn't disclose who is currently my health care provider and they got mad and hung up.
