My wife and I had a deeply negative experience at this location on August 21st, primarily due to the front desk security guard, "Antoine." When we arrived at 8:55 PM, just five minutes before the 9:00 PM visitation cutoff, Antoine was distracted by his phone. He did not greet us or ask for our IDs. Without even looking up, he told my wife that visitation hours were over, ignoring her request to quickly go see her grandmother before her own upcoming hospital stay. My Mother Lorena was there a total of 15 days. It has been a rollercoaster. Still her journey is long but she was finally Released today 06/07/25. From us Arriving and her having almost zero mobility on her right arm and right leg and problems with her memory To leaving almost completely healed with movement in both arm and leg and remembering and fully functioning. Great place to rehab...took care of My father...he came in with basically a broken pelvis... it's been slow going but he's improving....many thanks to All The nurses and caregivers... I really don't want to single anyone out but Natalie the PT girl has been especially kind to My father.... I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab....

Everyone charge nurse precious,RN was so wonderful everyone who took care of me i was in room 318 they were keeping up with my pain I give the whole staff on the 3rd floor and A+ names OF THE STAFFS monkeisha,LN CARYLE,JAMES ,AMBILY, LISA, AND CASE MANAGER thank you SUSAN WOLFE she went an extra mile worked hard in my case in order for me to get discharged same date vary professional staffs love y"all thank you so much for taking good care of me God is great keep up the great work
