This place is horrific. We had our 90-year-old parent go in there. At no time did her primary doctor contact anyone. She went in for cellulitis and sepsis, which developed into worse conditions. Lung issues and heart issues. No one gave us any information no doctor no nurse. Her son kept calling and calling, to try to get a nurse or a doctor or anybody to give information. The lady technician who carried my CT neck was superb. She was very present, she explained each step and sensations I would feel with the injection, she was thorough and best for her position!
I am currently trapped in this hospital. I have been run around and ignored for 2 days now. At one point I was told they were waiting to "transfer" me. After nearly 6 hours my wife and I just gathered my things and literally walked myself to the room that had been just sitting empty for hours. I intend to formally reach out to complain and push legal if necessary. It was awful to be treated in this way at the sickest I've ever been and to know I'm being charged thousands of dollars for it is mind boggling.
Nurses were great. Nurse princess was very professional, very sweet person. You can tell she cares about her patience. I would’ve put five stars except for the nurse Tech. Daijah Very rude. I believe she needs to go back to training on how to treat her patient and be professional. But overall, staff was great
I had a 100% 100% 100% experience at this hospital. The treatment at every moment, from registration to the doctors and nurses, was exceptional. I was very grateful to the anesthesiologist who made me laugh before entering the operating room. He was very kind, thank you. To my nurse who took care of me during recovery, she was very attentive and cordial, and her treatment was excellent.
