The ER nurses that my dad had poked him many times it was a mess . They need to do better . Elevators are old and clunky . He was admitted and the nurses were lazy and rude . The doctors in the ER and the NP an older black american woman wonderful attitude and kindness 100 stars to both of them !! Floor 1 nurses terrible he had . I’m giving it 5 stars for the medical team that was excellent ! Special Thanks to Nurse Melissa Breaux for helping me and my wife and went out her way to take my wife to the ER because she was not feeling well. She was amazing and comforting and absolutely caring !
Extremely rude employees who have 0 bedside manner or empathy for people for whom they are supposed to be caring. I was refused to speak to the doctor who saw me or a patient advocate this afternoon while at the ER. I was flat out denied and then security was called to escort me out of the ER after arriving there by ambulance vecause a car accident because I kept wanting to speak to someone because the nurse was not following what my mother and I were told. That's how they treat "patients."
