My first grandson was born yesterday at HCA Clear Lake. The nurses in Labor and Delivery are angels. With this being my daughters first baby, she was very scared, and every single nurse she encountered showed true compassion, patience and kindness. Service was great nurses that I had were so nice and made me feel like home. It was busy so it took about 45 min to get me in.
Everything from start to finish was a very professional and positive experience from preop,surgery and postoperative. Thank you HCA Staff
The nurses and doctors were top notch, with the exception of one doctor who did not speak good English, making it hard to understand. After finally realizing what was being conveyed, we felt we were being pressured to have an invasive procedure instead of having an MRI first and then determine what plan of action to take. I would like to reiterate that our nursing staff was excellent! They made us feel like family!
