I called for 3 weeks straight leaving voicemails to speak to the staff about my care and upcoming surgery . When I finally called and pressed a different number, I was able to speak to somebody by the name of Elizabeth who was very unconcerned that I have been calling for three weeks and not getting a response. Complete waste of time money didn’t even touch patient wasted 200 to hear nothing
I went here service was excellent. Dr Barrientos got me feeling better in a week! Staff was super helpful and nice. I feel better and I am more active. Highly recommend.
The emotional intelligence of the front desk is quite low. I had a very negative experience with a rude receptionist. Also apparently they don't take UHC PPO. Very odd.
