We had the best experience in this ER. My daughter was seen right away in less than five minutes by both the Doctor and the Nurse at the same time. The doctor explained to me that my daughter did not need antibiotics and that she will get better on her own in the next three days. Dr. Kauser explained me a viral infectin and bacterial infection. My daughter got better. I am happy with the care and will come back here rather than going to the busy waiting big ER.
If I could leave this hospital, a zero I would unfortunately I have to push a star. We waited in the ER for three hours. A guy came out and I asked him how many people did he see back there he said there were a lot of empty beds. When you go in, no one even checks your vitals, You’re sitting there for hours peeing in your blood, Headache, Fever. It was like they wanted everyone to leave so they had no work to do.
