0 stars Hca called on monday 9/22 i told him i felt sick after sunday er did not care i told them i needed bloodwork done why neglected to bloodwork 9/23Just came back from methodist hca neglected to do bloodwork on sunday 9/21 due to this cause me chest pain and fever due pottassiummbeaing low if they did bloodwork i would not gone through this . Awful place. Do NOT go there. My son went with an infection in his belly button and they made fun of him and gave him cream. Saying and I quote “ha ha this isn’t an ER problem but here’s some cream” - he was in excruciating pain. Well it turned out needed to be drained and was a complete staff infection which made him extremely sick - that was over a week ago and he is still sick. Thanks to HCA HOUSTON ER NOT CARING AND LAUGHING ABOUT THE CONDITION AND THEY COULD HAVE PREVENTED THIS. AWFUL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Please don’t come here at night. The night doctor will treat you like a nuisance which isn’t how you want to feel when you’re afraid you’re going through a miscarriage. Recommend coming in the morning the doctor is much more empathetic to his patients and makes them feel safe and heard.
