The day time shift was ok but soon as I left, I realized I forgot my charger in the room I was in. I called on my way back up there and someone had took my charger. No other patient was in the room and it was only seven workers that was there when I got discharged. When I got back to go look in the room the night staff was very rude to me. I was here in February of this year (2025) with a back injury. I had pinched nerves and could not stand, therefore I couldn’t walk and I made that known to EVERYONE there that helped me. Professional, compassionate, & caring… even for a patient without medical insurance who’s experiencing a severe allergic reaction. Now you might say “anyone should treat an allergic reaction” which was my first thought as well. Came in for back pain. Edgar the ER Tech or Paramedic got my IV on 1 try. I am a hard stick. His professionalism is impeccable. Jennifer the CT/XRay Tech was so sweet. she made sure to help me once those meds kicked in. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough. he listened to my concerns. He covered all the bases. I highly recommend this ER .

I took my wife there for an emergency situation. We were very pleased with the care that we received. They were quick to get us in a room, very professional and thorough with the care we received. Also they were very personable and easy to talk to. Couldn't ask for any thing more.
